Our program: Credo

Animo Consulting helps businesses (re)discover their Credo, and keep it alive. Our customized program provides lasting support to repair the Fracture and to ensure lasting embedment of Credo in the strategy, the businessmodel, the business processes and the products and services.

Phase 1: Preparation
• Input: mission, vision, and strategy documents; guiding interview with Director/CEO (Client)
• Interviews with key players. Theme: mission, core values; relationship with area of responsibility of the interviewee.
• First diagnosis: fracture analyses, structure and objectives of workshop (draft).
• Discussion with Client: structure and objectives of workshop (final).

Phase 2: Credo workshop (1-2 days)
Depending on the depth of the Fracture the focus can be:
• Mission and vision are the problem (not inspiring, not distinguishing, not meaningful). Core: Why?
• The business is all right, mission and vision are sort of all right, but are not being used as guiding principle. Core: alignment between mission, vision, and strategy.
• Mission and vision are sort of all right, but there is no alignment neither with strategy, nor with businessmodel and processes. The business is in decay. Core: fracture repair, integral alignment across the business.

Phase 3: Result
• Report: diagnosis of the Fracture; desired mission, vision, strategy, businessmodel, processes; gap analyses; forward path.
• Discussion with Client, or management team.

Phase 4: Forward path, implementation, execution and embedment
Depending on the needs of the Client, Animo Consulting provides lasting coaching and customized support. Animo Consulting helps repair the Fracture and ensures embedment of Credo in the strategy, in the businessmodel, and in the business processes. Animo Consulting also applies Credo to create future-proof business, along the lines of business development (new markets) or key account management (existing markets).
